Salary :

Martinsburg Institute is seeking a dedicated and compassionate full-time RN or LPN for medication dispensing and other duties to join our team. As a dosing Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing safe and effective medication management for patients seeking treatment for substance abuse disorders. Full-time hours Monday-Friday 5am to 1 : 30pm with an occasional Saturday shift 6am to 10 : 30am. The applicant must be licensed by the West Virginia Board of Nursing.

Principal Responsibilities and Duties :

• prepares and administers medication to Program Clients, maintaining essential medication inventory logs in compliance with State and Federal Regulations.
• observes and appropriately records / reports changes in Client's condition including any adverse reactions.
• coordinates medical treatment by providing medical information, on behalf of Clients, to other services i.e...hospitals, inpatient facilities.
• performs other job-related duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
