A company is looking for a Director of Reporting and Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Directs the organization in providing critical information for fact-based decision-making

Manages business and reporting analysts to produce operational reports and identifies process improvements

Leads the execution of projects based on predictive analytics and collaborates with various teams to enhance reporting solutions

Required Qualifications

Required : Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

Preferred : Master's Degree in a related field

Required : 7+ years of experience in an analytical role supporting business departments

Required : 5+ years of experience in marketing / customer database analytics

Required : 3+ years of management experience
