Key Responsibilities

Develop strategies to enhance support processes and optimize the use of technology

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on customer requests and company goals

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience leading customer service teams in the healthcare industry

4+ years of experience in creating and optimizing support triaging processes

Experience in creating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for team performance

Startup experience in healthcare or health tech organizations

Experience leading support functions through acquisitions or rapid changes
