About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of People and Culture to play a pivotal role in the organization's growth and development. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating the company's cultural values into daily practices, implementing a robust performance management system, and guiding the leadership team through organizational design as new functions are established. This role is key in developing and owning the company's compensation philosophy, and incentives, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The Head of People and Culture will also be instrumental in talent acquisition, working closely with the recruiting team to attract top talent and shaping the employer brand.

Applicants for the Head of People and Culture position at the company should have a minimum of six years' experience that combines talent acquisition and HR business partner roles, with a focus on high-growth tech or health-tech environments. The role requires a data-driven mindset, fluency in performance management frameworks, and a strong understanding of healthcare privacy and compliance or other heavily regulated domains. The ideal candidate will have a background in a mission-driven organization and experience in AI / ML or enterprise SaaS. Success in this role will be measured by the adoption of company-wide performance cycles, the effectiveness of onboarding playbooks, and the company's recognition as a leader in generative AI healthcare.
