About Us

3E Management is the financial backbone for real estate investment firms. We support GPs, fund managers, and asset management teams with outsourced underwriting, fund reporting, and CFO-level support. From one-off model builds to full fund waterfall reporting, our team helps real estate operators move faster without sacrificing clarity or credibility.

We’re also the team behind TSM AI, an AI-powered platform that reads Offering Memorandums (OMs) and builds a fully functional Excel model in minutes. It’s used to speed up deal screening and scale underwriting capacity.

Together, 3E and TSM help growing investment teams move with institutional precision without adding headcount.

The Role

We’re hiring a driven, personable Sales Representative to grow 3E Management’s client base and introduce institutional-quality solutions to busy investment teams. You’ll own outreach, build trust with prospects, and guide them toward the right solution - whether that’s analyst support, fund reporting, or enterprise access to TSM AI.

This is a hybrid services + tech sales role : ideal for someone who understands (or is eager to learn) the pain points of underwriting, fund operations, and real estate deal teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead outbound outreach and follow-up with inbound interest from GPs, CFOs, and real estate fund managers.
  • Qualify and schedule meetings for 3E’s underwriting, fund reporting, and CFO support services.
  • Run demos of TSM AI for prospects interested in enterprise-scale underwriting tools.
  • Maintain pipeline via Salesforce / Snov.io, track activity, and hit revenue + meeting goals.
  • Build long-term relationships by understanding where each firm is in their growth journey.
  • Collaborate on marketing copy, outreach messaging, and occasionally help with content (one-pagers, PDFs, decks).
  • Attend conferences and virtual events to represent 3E and TSM AI.

What We’re Looking For

  • 0–5 years of sales, business development, or client-facing experience.
  • Strong communicator - comfortable speaking with managing partners and analysts alike.
  • Coachable, curious, and comfortable working in a startup environment.
  • Bonus if you’ve worked in SaaS, financial services, or real estate before.

  • $40,000 base salary + uncapped commission (OTE ~$100K+).
