Position Summary

We are a leading provider of telecommunications. As a Network Engineer Intern, you will be a vital part of our team, gaining hands-on experience in the management and maintenance of network operations hardware. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to develop practical skills in network connectivity, datacenter network systems, and telecommunications systems.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in Network Operations :

• Initial point of contact for escalation issues for connectivity and network performance
• Provision and deploy network equipment and troubleshoot connectivity issues
• Communicate and work with other technical teams to design effective solutions, identify technical requirements, and develop project plans to execute the delivery of the solution
• Support in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues related to network and server equipment.
• Participate in scheduled maintenance and updates, following established procedures.
• Assist in conducting regular audits of network operations assets and inventory.
