Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Venmo debit card, from concept to launch and scale to new markets.
• Leverage customer discovery, data analytics, and market research to set priorities and validate features that enhance user experience and card usage.
• Partner with engineering, design, analytics, finance, and legal to deliver a secure, compliant, and profitable product.
• Champion cross‑functional alignment, run product reviews, operating reviews, and business reviews with senior leadership.
• Influence the architectural roadmap, balance regulatory requirements, time‑to‑market, and customer needs.
• Drive product profitability through cost management, margin optimization, and pricing initiatives.

Qualifications

Benefits & Compensation

Competitive salary range of $188,000 to $323,950 plus annual performance bonus, equity, and comprehensive health, vision, and dental benefits. PayPal offers flexible hybrid work model with 3 days in office and 2 days at your choice of PayPal office or home workspace.
