The Valent Biosciences manufacturing site located on an expansive 73-acre site in Osage, IA is a state of the art 130,000 square foot plant and is the largest purpose-built biorational facility in the world. It serves as the manufacturing and quality control center for Valent Biosciences broad portfolio of fermentation products.

Description of Job :

As a Production Operator at Valent BioSciences you will operate production equipment in a fermentation process which will include media preparation, fermenters, sterilizers, centrifuges, thin film evaporators, separators, and filtration equipment. In doing so, you will comply with all VBC’s policies and procedures and perform all tasks assigned in a safe manner. You will be accountable to meet quality and production expectations.

Available Shift :

• 4th Shift - Hours 11 : 00 AM to 11 : 30 PM Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday

Base Salary : The estimated base salary for this position ranges from : $23.56 to 28.32 per hour plus an additional $4.00 / hour shift premium (4th Shift). Individual pay is based upon location, skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Incentives : All full-time employees are eligible for an incentive program or profit-sharing program in addition to their base salary.
