About the Role :

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Probate Accounting Associate to join the Private Bank team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in trust accounting, financial documentation, and court reporting while working in a hybrid, professional environment.

In this role, you’ll prepare and review probate accountings filed with Massachusetts and Connecticut probate courts.

You’ll work closely with trust officers, attorneys, and internal teams to ensure all filings are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare and file court accountings in compliance with MA and CT probate laws

Review financial data and ensure all filings meet accuracy and documentation standards

Process checks for legal fees and filings as needed

Partner with trust officers and attorneys to clarify requirements and resolve discrepancies

Manage multiple assignments while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

Support audit and compliance procedures when required
