Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented R&D Lab Analyst to join our Research & Technical Services team. In this role, you will support the development, testing, and scale-up of chemical products for building & construction applications in a collaborative lab environment. You will work closely with chemists and other technical staff to execute experiments, maintain equipment, analyze data, and help ensure safe, compliant lab operations.

Key Responsibilities

Core Duties

• Assist chemists with formulation, testing, and evaluation of new and existing chemical products, including but not limited to concrete additives, adhesives, resins, and coatings.
• Perform a variety of physical and chemical tests using appropriate lab techniques and instrumentation.
• Prepare laboratory-scale batches and record observations with accuracy and clarity.
• Maintain clean, organized, and compliant laboratory spaces.
• Track and manage chemical inventory, ensuring proper labeling and storage.
• Read and interpret Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) to handle chemicals safely.
• Accurately maintain lab notebooks, records, and technical documentation.
