Job Description

NEW Occupational Therapist Opportunity – Southwest Arizona

Pay Range : $40 – $51 / hr

Sign-On Bonus : $5,000 (1-year) or $10,000 (2-year)

Relocation : $2,500 (1-year) or $5,000 (2-year)

Housing : Up to 3 months provided (taxable benefit)

Position Overview

Seeking a motivated Occupational Therapist to join a collaborative healthcare team in So uthwest Arizona . This role focuses on evaluating, planning, and providing individualized therapy to help patients regain independence and improve quality of life.

Schedule & Setting

Full-time, day shift

Inpatient / outpatient mix

Supportive interdisciplinary environment

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

Active OT license in state of practice

BLS certification required

Strong documentation, communication, and patient education skills

Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to diverse caseloads

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders and departmental standards

Develop individualized plans of care and measurable goals

Modify treatments as needed and involve patients / families in the care process

Communicate progress effectively with physicians and care teams

Supervise and delegate to COTAs, techs, and students appropriately
