Job description

A company is looking for a Spatial Data Scientist / Geospatial Analyst REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain geospatial tooling and analysis functions using ArcGIS Enterprise and other platforms

Support business decision-making by providing ongoing and ad hoc geospatial analyses leveraging various datasets

Create compelling data visualizations to communicate geographic patterns, uncertainties, and model outputs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Geography, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field

At least 2 years of experience in geospatial analytics, data science, or related areas

Proficiency in ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, SQL databases, and geospatial data analysis tools

Experience with programming libraries such as Python or R, and familiarity with data formats like Shapefiles, GeoJSON, and CSV
