Requirements for Registered Nurse (RN) :
Active Registered Nurse (RN) licenseMinimum of 2 years of nursing experienceBachelor's degreeMust be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.Responsibilities of RN Unit Manager :
Leads and oversees one of our skilled nursing unitsSupervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by all nursing personnel by current federal, state, and local standards governing the facilityMaintains the highest degree of quality care at all times and provides direct nursing care as neededResponsible for the facility and its management when the Administrator, DON, or ADON is not presentPerforms a range of duties including maintaining the department, setting long-term goals, and overseeing record-keeping processesRN Unit Manager may start as early as NEXT WEEK!
