Manage new client onboarding from beginning to endCommunicate clearly in technical or non-technical verbiage as the situation or audience requiresUnderstand client needs, processes and goalsAssist clients via email, text, phone and remote support sessionIdentify ways to improve client experiencesBe a great team member and problem solverDeliver a world-class client experienceRequired Qualifications and Expectations
Basic knowledge of routing and switching, troubleshooting of both technologiesProficiency with popular software from vendors such as Microsoft, Adobe, Salesforce, Intuit, etc.Basic knowledge of Active DirectoryFundamental firewall knowledge - SSL VPN creation, user accounts, etc.Ability to build a desktop from componentsBasic knowledge of Group PolicySolid customer service abilities including telephone skillsAbility to develop and maintain collaborative relations among all levels of an organizationAbility to prioritize responsibilities and to operate with changing prioritiesIdentify and resolve problems in a timely manner; Gather and analyze information skillfully; Work well in group problem solving situationsAbility to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, apply feedback to improve performance, and monitor own work to ensure qualitySelf-starter with follow-throughCurrent high-level industry recognized certifications are not required, but are a plusAbility to show up on time and looking professionalAbility to pass to random drug tests and a background checkMust have a current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record, as well as reliable transportation to travel to customer locationsHours : 8am-5pm, M-F, with possibility for overtime and on-call opportunities
