We are excited to offer an opportunity for a seasoned  Fine Dining Calusso - Cook I  to join our team at Pier Sixty-Six Resort! In this pivotal role, you will be an essential part of a team dedicated to delivering distinctively different and authentic Mediterranean culinary experiences to our guests.

Reporting directly to the Sous Chef, your role will be to provide outstanding service within our fine dining restaurant. This position is ideal for someone with a deep passion for refined culinary techniques and a commitment to service excellence.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, supporting the team to achieve common goals.
• Prepare refined dishes infusing traditional flavors and ingredients with modern techniques.
• Regulating the temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters.
• Thaw food properly by pulling it from freezer storage to refrigerate.
• Ensure proper portioning, arrangement, and garnish of dishes.
• Maintain detailed food logs, monitoring the quality and quantity of food prepared.
• Actively communicate during busy periods to facilitate assistance as needed.
