We are looking for a talented Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the school year.

We are hiring a full-time on site SLP (preferably bilingual in Spanish) to serve K-12 students

Rate Range : $49.00-$57.00 per hour

Responsibilities would include :

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments to evaluate student needs.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and therapy plans.
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services in one-on-one, small group, and classroom settings.
• Address articulation, fluency, voice, receptive / expressive language, and social communication challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education teams to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with Texas Education Agency (TEA) and IDEA guidelines.
• Participate in IEP meetings, student evaluations, and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Train and support teachers and staff on speech-language strategies and classroom accommodations.
• Utilize augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices and assistive technology to support student communication needs.
