Healthcare Studio Practice Leader

Seeking a senior leader to oversee a Health-focused architecture studio. This role involves managing multiple project teams, driving strategic growth, and ensuring high-quality design delivery. The leader will collaborate across disciplines, guide client relationships, and support business development.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead studio operations, staffing, and project execution
  • Drive strategic planning and resource allocation
  • Serve as primary client contact and relationship builder
  • Mentor teams through all design phases
  • Ensure integration of firm-wide best practices and innovation
  • Collaborate with office and firm leadership to align goals

Qualifications :

  • 15+ years of experience in healthcare architecture or related field
  • Proven leadership in project delivery and team development
  • Strong client engagement and presentation skills
  • Licensed architect or equivalent experience preferred
  • Familiarity with design software and project management tools

    • Salary Range : $150K-$185K
