A company is looking for a Technical Writer for a remote contract opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Write, rewrite, and edit various technical documents to ensure clear communication
Acquire subject knowledge through interviews, observations, and technical documentation review
Conduct quality reviews of materials and participate in project team meetings to meet deadlines
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in technical writing and document management
Ability to obtain Secret Clearance
Highly proficient in XML authoring, MS Office, MS Word, and Acrobat Authoring Tools
Accredited High School Diploma or GED
Experience in writing technical content for manuals and related publications
