Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager of Manufacturing Quality Assurance to join our client's team in Hudson County, NJ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics manufacturing and a proven track record in quality assurance management. This role requires a dynamic leader who can prepare manufacturing teams for internal and external audits, manage quality management system documentation, and drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prepare manufacturing teams for internal and external audits.
  • Conduct root cause investigations and develop corrective action responses.
  • Manage the control of manufacturing Quality Management System (QMS) documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO / TL9000 standards.
  • Serve as the day-to-day guidance and escalation point for the Manufacturing Quality Engineering, Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In Process Quality Control (IPQC), and Final Quality Control (FQC) teams.
  • Advise and contribute to manufacturing process improvements to assure the highest product quality.
  • Mitigate quality issues and implement preventive measures.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • 10+ years of experience in a similar function within the high-tech, computer manufacturing, or electronic manufacturing industry.
  • 8+ years of experience managing people.
  • Experience working in a global organization.

    • Skills and Competencies :

  • Strong knowledge of ISO / TL9000 standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and improve QMS documentation.
  • Effective leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Pay Details : $170,000.00 to $190,000.00 per year
