Position Highlights

Competitive hourly pay : $22.51 - $33.14 based on experience
Additional compensation available for bilingual skills

What You'll Do :

Update and maintain patient medical records, including vital signs, treatments, medications, and immunization records.

Prepare for patient visits by reviewing medical files and collaborating with Providers to ensure efficient scheduling and continuity of care.

Maintain and prepare exam rooms, explain procedures to patients, provide education and coaching, and assist physicians during exams.

Collect and prepare lab specimens, administer medication, and perform various clinical responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications :

Minimum high school diploma or GED required.

Completion of an accredited medical assisting program or equivalent military training.

Preferably one year of experience as a CMA.

Current CPR certification.

National credential from AAMA, AMT, NHA, or NCCT must be obtained within 90 days of hire.

Bilingual (English / Spanish) proficiency is required at level 10.

Strong medical knowledge and an understanding of medical theories and practices.

Excellent interpersonal skills to manage diverse personalities and backgrounds.

Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic work environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Epic, and EMR systems.
