Overview of Position / Department
The Licensing Division enforces and administers the citys licensing codes and works to ensure that the Citys regulated business industry is clean and adequately regulated. This position will assist the division in enforcing prohibitions against liquor and marijuana being sold to people under the age of 21 and protecting public health, safety, and welfare. The position will be attempting to purchase alcohol and tobacco products from licensed retailers.
