Stone Dog Inn in Norton, MA is looking for a new manager to join our team! We are located at 258 Plain St. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, reliable and loves working with dogs!

Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day shift responsibilities including checking dogs in and out, handling payments and communicating with our clients regularly, in person as well as via Gmail, Phone & Paw Partner. (Our booking system!)
  • Help manage and train a small, growing team!
  • Keeping our pack safe at all times.
  • Working as a team to gather and then share camp content via social media each day.
  • This is a fast paced job and learning quickly and thinking on your feet is a huge plus!
  • Relaying any important information to fellow management team as it arises.
  • Dealing with situations quickly, efficiently, and remaining true to our brand.

Qualifications

  • Must have some flexibility with a combination of mornings and afternoon shifts as our business changes with the seasons and as a result the schedule is not consistent each week.
  • Our Management shifts vary based on the day and can start as early as 6AM. They end no later than 7PM. Typical manager shifts are in the range of 6AM-2PM and 11AM-7PM.
  • Weekend and Holiday availability is a must for this position.
  • Must be easy going, adapt easily to change, eager to learn and grow as well as bring new ideas to the team!
  • Prior dog experience preferred but not mandatory, we will happily train the right candidate!
