Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Labor and Delivery Nurse located in Plano, TX. The Labor and Delivery Nurse will provide comprehensive care to expectant mothers throughout the labor and delivery process. Responsibilities include monitoring the health of mothers and babies, assisting during childbirth, administering medications, and providing postpartum care. The role requires strong critical thinking skills, effective communication, and the ability to work in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Labor and Delivery Nursing, Nursing, and Labor and Delivery skills
• Knowledge of Medicine and providing medical care
• Critical Thinking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a high-stress environment
• RN license in the state of Texas
• Experience with electronic health records systems is a plus
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred
