Accountant Opportunity

Robert Half is seeking an experienced accountant for a fully remote contract opportunity with a retail client located in Seattle, WA. Key responsibilities include managing accruals related to revenue and accounts receivable, performing bank reconciliations and recording cash entries, executing journal reclassifications to ensure accurate financial reporting, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial data, maintaining accurate records in Oracle EBS, and working independently without supervisory responsibilities. Requirements include 3+ years of professional accounting experience, a strong understanding of accrual accounting, cash management, and general ledger processes, experience with Oracle EBS or similar ERP systems, and prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. High attention to detail and accuracy, along with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting are essential. Located in or near Seattle, WA preferred (PST hours required).
