As a Business Risk Manager within Capital One's Enterprise Services Risk organization, your role will be pivotal. You will collaborate with a team of talented individuals, acting as the conscience of our business. By leveraging your risk management and analytical expertise, you will contribute to our high-profile Risk Management projects and play a key role in enhancing our risk management capabilities.

The salary range for this role in Chicago, IL is $144,000 - $164,400; in McLean, VA is $158,400 - $180,800; in New York, NY is $172,800 - $197,200; in Plano, TX is $144,000 - $164,400; in Richmond, VA is $144,000 - $164,400; and in Wilmington, DE is $144,000 - $164,400. Actual salary will be discussed during the offer process. This role is also eligible for performance-based compensation, including bonuses and long-term incentives.
