Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Specialty accepted : Hospitalist (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine)

Start date or shifts :

Dec 24-26 (7a-7p)

Procedures : No procedures; must respond to codes

Requirements : NC license, NC DEA, ACLS (AHA certified), EPIC EMR experience preferred, 1 year inpatient experience preferred

Other : Privileges at a 19-bed critical access hospital; census 12-15; 5-6 admits / day; no ICU; care for admitted patients and evaluate ED patients for admission. Academic health system with excellent clinical infrastructure. Must arrive day before first shift for orientation. Hospital Medicine experience required; must be comfortable interpreting EKGs and ABGs.
