Job Description
The Manager of Coding and Billing works directly with the Director of Billing Operations to oversee all aspects of billing, coding, reconciliation, and collections for patient services across Callen-Lorde. This role provides strategic leadership to a growing team, ensures operational excellence, safeguards compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and serves as a key resource for billing, coding, and insurance verification processes. This role is pivotal in ensuring that Callen-Lorde’s revenue cycle functions operate at the highest level of integrity and efficiency. By combining leadership in billing operations with coding expertise, the Manager of Revenue Cycle and Coding strengthens financial sustainability, supports compliance, and enhances the patient experience.

Work Schedule :
This is a full-time position with regular business hours (Monday - Friday). Occasional evenings may be required. Callen-Lorde's main site in Chelsea is open Monday through Saturday. This role is primarily a remote hybrid position, but it does require employees to reside in the tri-state area (New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut).
