Unilever is recruiting for an experienced Associate HR Director – NA Personal Care to lead for impact, reporting to the SVP US HR & NA Personal Care HR. This individual will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering a people plan that will supercharge the NA Personal Care growth ambition.

This role requires experience in Project Management, Change Management, Communication planning and execution, Organization Design, Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, Employment Law / Legal Compliance, Performance Management, Coaching & Counseling, Organizational & Leadership Development, Talent Management practices and a strong working knowledge of Unilever Reward practices, US benefits and retirements and HR systems and processes.
This position will collaborate cross-functionally to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and deliver with excellence.
Location : Los Angeles CA-based or Hoboken, NJ -based with 10-20% travel.

Pay : The pay range for this position is $141,680 to $212,520. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus : This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI) : This position is LTI eligible.
