Medical Coder - Outpatient

We're Hiring : Outpatient Coder!

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Outpatient Coder  to join our healthcare team. This remote position is responsible for accurately coding outpatient and surgical OB / GYN professional services using ICD-10-CM and CPT-4 coding conventions. Under direct supervision, the Coding Specialist will ensure all charges are captured and entered into the billing system with precision and in compliance with current standards.

Location : Linthicum, MD

Role : Outpatient Coder

Schedule : Monday-Friday 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Work Type : Remote; Temp-to-hire

What You'll Do : Code Assignment :

• Accurately review and interpret operative reports and provider documentation to assign appropriate ICD-10-CM and CPT codes.
• Ensure charge capture maximization and coding compliance with industry standards.
