Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Application Production Support (L3) (Kennesaw) to join their dynamic team. As a Application Production Support (L3) (Kennesaw), you will be part of the Production Support Department supporting critical business operations. Job Title : Application Production Support (L3) (Kennesaw)

Location : Kennesaw, GA (3 days onsite)

What's the Job?

Manage and support day-to-day operations of the technology platform, ensuring stability and performance.

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production issues using advanced technical skills.

Coordinate release and deployment activities, ensuring operational readiness and minimal disruption.

Monitor application performance and conduct capacity and availability management.

Develop and maintain operational policies, procedures, and service analytics to drive continuous improvement.

What's Needed?

10 to 12 years of experience in production support of .NET and Java web applications.

3 to 5 years of experience with Java and Web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML.

Proficiency with Linux / Unix OS commands and knowledge of Oracle and PLSQL.

Experience with tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Glassbox, and Remedy.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze Java heap and thread dumps and perform troubleshooting.
