Industry : Software and IT solutions for election administrators

Location : Fully remote

Work schedule : Full-time Monday - Friday, 8 : 30am – 5 : 30pm Eastern time zone

Summary of Mandatory Qualifications

• Two + (2) years of professional experience with technical writing or communications
• A bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college
• Previous experience and working knowledge using MadCap Flare or other technical documentation / writing software
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word
• Hands-on experience using AI to produce technical documentation
