A company is looking for a Proposal Specialist to support the proposal process and development of client responses for new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Analyzes RFP / RFI documents to define proposal strategy, timeline, and structure
Leads the proposal development process, managing content creation and submission
Develops proposal budgets and coordinates budget review meetings for executive approval
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in life sciences, marketing, business administration, or related field (Required)
10+ years of experience in patient access support, proposal and / or contract management (Required)
Proficiency with document management and contract management systems (Required)
Knowledge of proposal development processes and budgeting fundamentals (Required)
Ability to interpret complex proposal requirements and manage end-to-end proposal workflows (Required)
