As a participant of our brand-new graduate program, launching in 2026, youll gain hands on experience across a variety of impactful projects. Your responsibilities may include :

Designing engineering solutionsConducting and monitoring site inspectionsJoining project and client meetingsRefining technical designs and documentationAnalyzing reports and specificationsExploring project and client managementLeveraging digital tools and innovationDriving sustainable outcomesBuilding connections through our Early Career Professionals Network

To be considered for this 2026 opportunity, heres what youll need :

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Civil Engineering, or related fieldSuccessful completion of EIT exam, or ability to take EIT exam within 12 monthsDemonstrated interest in your chosen field through previous internships, volunteering opportunities, or organization membershipsCreative thinking skills, with a methodical and pragmatic approach to problem solvingProficient communication and presentation skills to engage confidently with clients and colleaguesResilient, solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous growth and delivering valueAbility to build and maintain relationships and rapport with internal and external stakeholdersCollaborative spirit and commitment to teamwork

This position is located in Raleigh, NC. You must be able to reliably commute to our office in this location, per our hybrid working policy.
