The business has been established for almost 2 decades and specialises in distribution, IT, and Marketing. With a growing customer/client base; business has been very good and they have been largely unaffected by the turbulent market that we are currently in. They’re seeking a Management Accountant to join their small and well-established finance team. The key focus of the role being to act as the FC's “right hand person” with a varied and interesting range of duties including:

- The production of monthly management accounts for a group of companies

- Preparation of monthly payroll for around 100 staff

- Support the Finance Administrator with sales and purchase ledger activities

- Assisting with statutory accounting procedures

- Deputise to the FC during periods of leave or absence

From a technical point of view, we’re hoping to source a candidate with suitable working experience with good management accounting and general finance experience, ideally fully or part professionally qualified, or AAT qualified as a minimum. Great IT competence and good experience in MS Excel essential.
