Additional Requirement : Must be able to read strips HARD REQUIREMENTS : 1. Experience level is med-surg and telemetry with a 1 : 5 nurse to patient med-surg ratio. 2. Years of experience are a minimum of 3 years in nursing. 3. References have level 4-5 ratings. 4. competencies must be consistent with medical-surgical and telemetry patient care needs and should be rated 3 or greater.
