Entry Level Technology Trainer – ZOHO Specialist (ON SITE)

Location : Corpus Christi, TX (On-Site)

Employment Type : Full-Time

This is an on-site position. The role is designed for someone with 3–5 years of Zoho One training experience who is ready to roll up their sleeves and work directly with our teams in person. You'll deliver hands-on training and support to ensure our staff and clients are fully leveraging the Zoho suite of applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-person training sessions (1 : 1, small groups, and workshops) on Zoho One applications including CRM, Books, Projects, Desk, and related modules.
  • Develop clear, easy-to-follow training materials, user guides, and in-house documentation.
  • Assist with employee onboarding into Zoho One platforms, ensuring smooth adoption and comfort.
  • Provide on-site technical support and help troubleshoot Zoho One user issues as they arise.
  • Collaborate with managers and department heads to identify training needs and adjust content accordingly.
  • Stay current on new Zoho features and recommend practical ways to integrate them into daily operations.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience training users on Zoho One applications.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
  • Experience developing training content, documentation, and SOPs.
  • Organized, dependable, and comfortable working on-site with staff at all levels.

    • Preferred

  • Zoho Certifications (CRM, Creator, or Zoho One suite).
  • Familiarity with workflow automation, integrations, and reporting.
  • Previous experience training on ERP or SaaS platforms.
