Shift Lead

Dolcezza Gelato & Coffee is looking for new and experienced baristas, gelato lovers, and those who geek out over quality food and eating local. These are full and part-time positions.

Qualifications and Requirements :

• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Must have reliable means of transportation.
• We are looking for baristas that have experience using manual style machines.
• We are looking for people that work well under pressure, have a strong work ethic, and are able to adapt to change as necessary. Must be friendly and personable.
