Wise Medical Staffing is currently seeking 3 CNA’s for per diem assignments in Huntington, WV. The ideal CNA candidate will possess a license / certification in the state of West Virginia with at least 1 year of long-term care experience.

Three (3) Night Shift CNA - 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 30 AM

CNA Responsibilities and Duties

• Administers care in a long-term care environment under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Participates in the delivery and evaluation of patient care
• Ensures the health, comfort, and safety of patients according to facility guidelines
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
• Performs a variety of tasks and works under general supervision
• Typically reports to a registered nurse or supervisor

WV cares- Two eligibility letters and the final registry results

10 Panel Drug Screen

Physical Exam / Physician Statement

CPR (American Heart Association- BLS Preferred)

Vaccinations- documentation with lot #, expiration date, etc. (Flu or declination ( a mask must be warn at all times if they decline) HEP B or declination, TDAP, TD, 2-step PPD, blood test, or a chest x-ray, MMR and Varicella
