    Responsibilities

  • Develop a broad customer base through the acquisition of new leads and scheduling of listing appointments
  • Analyze local market conditions to establish competitive pricing for listed properties
  • Promote and present properties to create timely sales in the real estate industry

    • Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in real estate sales
  • Active Florida real estate license
  • Minimum of $2,500,000 in confirmed sales within the past 12 months
  • In-depth understanding of local real estate market dynamics and prevailing trends
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Proficiency in utilizing CRM software for managing client information

    • Compensation $100,000+ at plan commissions
