What You Will Be Doing

This position will report to the AMMM Manager of Finance - Supply Chain Management and will be responsible for executing the day-to-day business and financial elements of the Supply Chain Management team. Key responsibilities include :

• Developing an executable budget baseline to assess program performance and maintaining changes in accordance with current processes
• Analyzing contract performance
• Providing ad hoc reporting support
• Executing the Program financial business rhythm

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including :

Additionally, this role requires the ability to interpret contract performance into meaningful analysis to aid in decision-making. The successful candidate will have a complete understanding of Earned Value principles and be able to develop and execute solutions to complex problems.

Experience with Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes and procedures, including :

Familiarity with SAP, specifically :

This experience and familiarity will enable the candidate to effectively navigate the supply chain, optimize processes, and leverage SAP to drive business outcomes, including :

Improving procurement efficiency and reducing costs

Enhancing inventory management and reducing stockouts

Streamlining logistics and transportation operations

Building strong supplier relationships and managing risk

The candidate's understanding of SCM principles and SAP functionality will support the team's goals and objectives, driving business growth and improvement.

Ability to Work Remotely : Part-time Remote Telework : The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules : Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position : 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
