Job Description

Manage all phases of construction projects as a Construction Manager, from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Oversee on-site operations, including supervising staff, subcontractors, and equipment usage. Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure milestones are met. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards on all job sites. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to address project needs and resolve any issues that arise. Prepare and present progress reports, maintaining clear communication with all parties involved. Monitor and manage project budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. Provide leadership and guidance to the project team, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment.
