We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a serial entrepreneur who oversees a diverse portfolio of businesses, including SaaS, fintech, education, retail, and real estate. This position offers the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple ventures, including supporting the launch of new companies and driving strategic initiatives to completion.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the execution of complex, multi-disciplinary projects across a portfolio of businesses.
- Monitor progress on company initiatives, ensuring deadlines, tasks, and deliverables are met.
- Work directly with the founder to transform strategic goals into actionable plans.
- Coordinate marketing efforts by managing internal teams and external contractors.
- Organize and oversee multiple simultaneous projects with minimal supervision.
- Ensure accountability by documenting meeting outcomes and tracking follow-ups.
- Collaborate with various departments, including finance, HR, software development, and clinical teams.
- Assist with budgeting, operational tracking, and basic financial modeling.
- Drive operational readiness and go-to-market strategies for new business launches.
- Manage vendor relationships and outsourced workflows as needed.
- 4+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, business operations, or startup environments.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a strong emphasis on follow-through.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, adaptable across diverse audiences.
- Eagerness to learn the operational intricacies of running businesses.
- Interest in entrepreneurship, portfolio management, and small business operations.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday, or Notion.
- Basic understanding of financial documents like budgets and P& Ls is a plus.
