The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for the company's day-to-day financial transactions.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and computer-savvy. The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with reconciliations and general ledger tasks.
Compensation : $24.00 - $29.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule :
Full Time, Non-ExemptMonday Friday (flexible start / end time between 7 : 30 am - 4 : 30 pm)Occasional overtime during the month-end or year-end closing periodLocation : 631 N. Market Blvd. Sacramento In Office (no option for remote)
Primary Responsibilities :
Process and record invoices, expenses, and paymentsManage accounts payable and receivable functionsReconcile bank statements and company credit cardsMaintain accurate and organized financial recordsPrepare reports, spreadsheets, and financial summariesRespond to internal and external inquiries regarding payments and transactionsPrepare and post journal entriesConduct collection callsUpdate customer account information in accounting systemSupport the month-end and year-end closing processesPerform general office duties, including filing, data entry, and scanning documentsAttributes of a Strong Candidate :
High School Diploma or equivalent1+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experienceBasic understanding of accounting principlesProficient in MS Office Suite and other accounting softwareProficient in using Excel and spreadsheetsExceptional attention to detail and highly organizedExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and writtenExcel in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrate administrative efficiency and effectivenessExcellent customer serviceExperience in Business Central preferredA "can-do' positive attitudeA pre-employment Background Check is required
