Job descriptionHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or communication is a plus. Proven experience in customer service or account management, preferably in a call center environment. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate solutions clearly and effectively. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently when required. We are seeking a dedicated and driven Customer Account Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for managing accounts, resolving inquiries, and addressing any issues that arise regarding our services and products.

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to address customer needs and inform them of promotions or new services.
- Monitor account activity and identify opportunities for upselling additional services or products to enhance customer satisfaction.
