Job descriptionCompetitive pay : $28–$35 / hr Full-time, onsite role with consistent weekday hours Eligible for benefits, incentive pay, and stock options Opportunity to impact employees' well-being and strengthen workplace culture Inclusive environment that values diversity, equity, and collaboration Bachelor's degree (preferably in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, or related field) Fluency in Spanish and English required Located within 10 miles of Amsterdam, NY, with reliable transportation Experience working with diverse and lower-income populations Strong knowledge of community and social service resources Experience handling crisis situations and connecting individuals to support Excellent listening, communication, and documentation skills Tech-savvy and adaptable to various platforms and systems Experience supporting retail employees is a plus Provide onsite support at the customer's location in Amsterdam, NY (Mon–Fri schedule; varying hours) Connect employees to essential resources, including housing, food, financial, and legal support Collaborate with internal care teams to coordinate emergency funding and referrals Guide employees in navigating mental health services and workplace benefit programs Promote mental health benefits through events, tabling, and employee engagement activities Document and track outcomes, including referrals, demographics, and connection rates Build strong relationships with employees and key customer stakeholders to foster trust and support
Resource Coordinator - Spanish Speaking (Full Time)
Schedule :
- Monday : 9 : 00 AM – 9 : 00 PM
- Tuesday – Thursday : 11 : 30 AM – 8 : 00 PM
- Friday : 12 : 00 PM – 5 : 00 PM
- No weekends or overnights
