- Tuesday – Thursday : 11 : 30 AM – 8 : 00 PM
- Friday : 12 : 00 PM – 5 : 00 PM
- No weekends or overnights

Bachelor's degree (preferably in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, or related field)Fluency in Spanish and English requiredLocated within 10 miles of Amsterdam, NY, with reliable transportationExperience working with diverse and lower-income populationsStrong knowledge of community and social service resourcesExperience handling crisis situations and connecting individuals to supportExcellent listening, communication, and documentation skillsTech-savvy and adaptable to various platforms and systemsExperience supporting retail employees is a plusWhat You'll Do :
