Location : Hyannis MA 02601

Duration : 13 Weeks

Schedule : 40 hrs / week rotating 8 : 00 AM 4 : 30 PM

Pay Rate : $55$60 / hr

Job Summary

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Case Management RN for an exciting job in Hyannis MA.

Responsibilities

Screen new admissions and complete initial and ongoing assessments using InterQual.

Verify demographics / payer details and coordinate discharge planning needs.

Review level of care initiate required notices and support appeals.

Conduct utilization review and respond promptly to payer requests.

Identify high-risk patients and refer to appropriate resources.

Collaborate with physicians and staff to align care plans and safe transitions.

Support length-of-stay management and prevent denials.

Ensure accurate documentation and assist with coding when needed.

Maintain compliance with policies regulatory standards and clinical pathways.

Qualifications

RN license in Massachusetts; BSN preferred.

3 years recent acute care experience; case management / discharge planning experience strongly preferred.

Knowledge of InterQual or similar criteria.

Strong communication organization and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; proficient computer skills.
