Job Summary

We are on the lookout for a skilled and experienced Certified Medical Assistant to join our dynamic team! If you’re self-motivated, possess excellent communication skills, and are passionate about surgery, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

🔹 Prepare examination rooms, record medical info, and measure vital signs.

🔹 Assist physicians during medical procedures and address patient queries.

🔹 Handle patient phone calls with efficiency and care.

🔹 Coordinate surgeries and obtain insurance authorizations.

🔹 Organize patient charts and ensure compliance with office policies.

🔹 Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms.

🔹 Bridge communication between patients and the physician.

🔹 Adhere to confidentiality laws in patient records.

🔹 Fill out necessary patient forms as instructed.

🔹 Be adaptable to front desk duties and other tasks.

🔹 Commit to growing with the practice over time.

🔹 Perform CoolSculpting, laser, and radiofrequency treatments post-training.

Qualifications

🌟 Certified Medical Assistant

🌟 Excellent customer service skills

🌟 Strong attention to detail

🌟 Experience in Surgical Scheduling, Dermatology, or Plastic Surgery is a plus!

🌟 Minimum 1 year experience in Medical Assisting
