Community Maintenance Coordinator - Join Our Team!

Overview

Under the direction of the Building Operations lead, maintains areas related to the maintenance and repairs of the community. Participates in the On-Call rotation for the Community.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems and make repairs on equipment, machinery, plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical systems.
• Complete community work orders in a timely manner.
• May perform and log monthly fire drills; ensure fire extinguishers are in good repair and dated.
• Under the direction of the Facilities Services Director, ensure the overall compliance and documentation of the Community as it relates to the maintenance function.
• Assist with snow removal, room renovation, and grounds maintenance.
• Other duties as assigned.
