The Opportunity

This role isnt about maintaining accountsits about expanding market share and driving new business.

In this Outside Sales role, youll own a multi-state region that includes Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Western TN. Driving growth in an already established $8 million territory with significant upside potential.

Were seeking a strategic business developersomeone who can open doors, build trust, and close deals that strengthen both our market presence and our customer partnerships.

What Youll Do

• Develop and execute a territory growth strategy that targets high-potential accounts across metals manufacturing, fabrication, and distribution.
• Prospect, qualify, and close new customers, expanding our presence in key market segments.
• Grow existing relationships by uncovering new needs, cross-selling value-added services, and deepening engagement.
• Analyze market trends and competitive activity to inform pricing, product positioning, and account strategy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and quality to ensure flawless execution and customer satisfaction.
• Report performance metrics and strategic insights to leadership, highlighting progress, wins, and pipeline momentum.
