Qualifications :

High School Diploma or equivalent

Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance

Strong caregiving experience (CNA certification preferred but not required)

Comfortable assisting with ADLs, mobility, and personal care tasks

Cell phone with internet and texting capabilities; daily email access

CPR certification (or completion within 90 days of hire)

TB test (current or within 90 days of hire)

Responsibilities :

Provide one-on-one care as outlined by the client’s care plan

Assist with daily living activities, safety oversight, and light household tasks

Support client mobility, hygiene, and medication reminders

Communicate with the client’s family and RNS case manager as needed

Maintain documentation and uphold RNS policies and standards
